Art regularly speaks at seminars on probate matters. 

He has spoken several times to the Washington County Bar Association on the probate process (2020-The Quirky Probate Process and 2024-The Do's & Don'ts of Probate Practice in the First Judicial District.

He also is a regular speaker for the National Business Institute on various probate issues. The National Business Institute provides continuing education seminars for lawyers. Art's topics have included all aspects of probate and the probate process. In August 2024, Art spoke to lawyers across Tennessee on the procedural hurdles in the probate process. He will be speaking again in December 2024 to lawyers across Tennessee on how to start the probate process and how to prepare the personal representative. 

The National Business Institute asked Art to speak at a national seminar on probate, which will occur in March 2025.
